Kelli graduated with a BS from Texas A&M- Texarkana in 1995. She joined husband, Jonathan in founding and opening Red River Coatings, LLC in 2005.  Kelli is the Director of Quality Assurance, Safety, and Environmental Compliance. She is also a member of the League of Railway Women.
